1. Eligibility Criteria
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. All contestants must submit accurate personal information including full name, verified contact details, age, height, location, and valid Instagram profile.
2. Authentication & Verification
Authentication via Google Auth is strictly required for contestant registration to prevent duplicate, automated, or unauthorized entries. Each Google account may register only once as a contestant.
3. Registration Fee & Non-Refundability
The contestant registration fee is ₹499 (INR). All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances once processed successfully through our secure payment gateway.
4. Voting Terms & Conditions
Each public vote costs ₹5 (INR). Audience members may vote multiple times for their favored contestants. A valid email address is required for voter receipt dispatch. Bulk automated, scripted, or fraudulent votes will be flagged and disqualified.
5. Image & Content Rights
By uploading photos and personal bios, contestants grant Kridha Events and Creator Villa non-exclusive, worldwide promotional rights to showcase their images across digital platforms, broadcast media, social channels, and event promotions.
6. Contestant Code of Conduct
Contestants must maintain professionalism and respect toward gang leaders, fellow participants, and event organizers. Any hate speech, harassment, fraud, or violation of show policies will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
7. Event Operations & Final Decision
Kridha Events reserves the right to modify event schedules, voting timelines, or show formats if deemed necessary. The decisions of the show management, judges, and event directors are final and binding.
