Welcome to Creator Villa. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Creator Villa website, contestant registration services, and public Support Voting services. Creator Villa is an entertainment and reality talent competition organized and operated by Kridha Events (Head: Tushar Gupta). By accessing this site or making any transaction, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Verification

Participants registering as contestants must be at least 18 years of age. All contestants must submit accurate personal information including full legal name, verified contact details, age, height, location, and valid Instagram profile. Google Authentication is strictly required for contestant registration to ensure authentic identity verification and prevent duplicate or automated entries.

2. Contestant Registration Fee (₹1,499)

The contestant registration fee is ₹1,499 (INR) (previously ₹499 until 10 August 2026, 11:59 PM IST, and ₹1,499 from 11 August 2026, 12:00 AM IST onwards). This fee covers participation entry in Creator Villa, contestant profile verification, web listing, event administration, and eligibility for the online qualification stage. Once a registration form is submitted and the fee is successfully processed, the payment is strictly non-refundable.

3. Verified Public Support Voting (₹5 per Vote)

Public Support Votes cost ₹5 (INR) per verified vote and require a valid voter email address for receipt dispatch. Support Votes are digital participation services used only during the online qualification stage to select the Top 32 contestants. Support Votes have no monetary cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes, and are strictly non-refundable after successful submission.

4. Contest Format & How Winners Are Selected

Online Support Voting determines only the Top 32 contestants who qualify for the main show. Once the Top 32 qualify, Support Voting permanently closes. The Top 32 compete in an offline reality show mentored by 4 Gang Leaders (8 contestants per team), undergoing task challenges, eliminations, and judges' evaluations. The ultimate King and Queen are crowned according to the official competition format during the offline event. Support Votes DO NOT directly determine the King or Queen.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

Automated, bot-generated, or fraudulent voting and registration attempts are strictly prohibited. Kridha Events reserves the right to audit vote logs and disqualify any contestant associated with irregular or fraudulent activity without issuing refunds.

6. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

By submitting photos and bios, contestants grant Kridha Events and Creator Villa non-exclusive worldwide rights to display their media across digital platforms, broadcast media, and promotional campaigns for the competition.

7. Organizer Authority & Finality

Kridha Events reserves the right to modify timelines, show logistics, or rules if necessary. All decisions of the event management, show directors, and judges regarding contest administration are final and binding.
